LORD Studio is based in Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For questions about your personal information or requests relating to it, contact info@lord.ba. The registered legal entity and full business address must be confirmed before this policy is published as final.

The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service and message. We use this information to read and answer your enquiry.

A job application can include your name, email address, role, portfolio URL, experience and message. We use it to review your application and contact you about the position. The current form does not upload a CV or other file.

If you send a business enquiry through the AI assistant, it can include your name, phone number, email address, request and part of the conversation. This information is forwarded to our team by email so we can follow up.

The hosting server and the website's PHP services may process technical connection data, including your IP address and request time. The PHP services use IP-based limits to reduce excessive requests.

Messages sent to the AI assistant are transmitted to OpenAI to generate a reply. If you use voice playback, the text to be spoken is sent to OpenAI for audio generation; generated audio may be cached on the server. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in AI messages.

Your AI conversation history and selected settings are stored locally in your browser. We also store whether you closed the privacy notice. Details and browser controls are described in the Cookie Policy.

Contact requests, job applications and AI business enquiries are sent to LORD Studio's designated email inboxes. Website hosting and email providers may process data to deliver those services. OpenAI processes AI messages and voice requests. Links to social networks take you to external websites governed by their own privacy notices.

Browser data remains on your device until you remove it through your browser settings. The retention periods for emails, hosting logs, server rate-limit records and generated audio must be checked against the live setup and documented before final publication.

Depending on the law that applies to your request, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority. Write to info@lord.ba and we will review your request.

The full identity of the data controller, legal bases for each purpose, service providers and their locations, any international transfers, retention periods and the applicable supervisory authority require confirmation against the production environment and legal review.
